OUR STORY
​Our story begins with Marcelo, a Brazilian-born man who came to America for his education. Marcelo had farming
experience and was familiar with cheesemaking however after graduation he discovered a way to market Latino products around the Tri-state area and started Leblon Foods Inc. Marcelo was a one-man show, making cheese and distributing products from the back of his Honda.
